Arrive at your appointment early to fill out your paperwork.

CASE MANAGER

Meet with our Case Manager to discuss your paperwork

DOCTOR

Meet with the Doctor for a thorough examination and x-rays if needed. If you are in acute pain, we will help you feel better immediately.

TREATMENT

Return within 1-3 days for your Report of Findings. This is where you will meet with the Doctor to see your X-rays and discuss the customized treatment plan we have created for you.
